15 Minute Cranberry Chia Jam
Sweet, tangy Cranberry Chia Jam. Made with no refined sugar in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh cranberries
- juice and zest of 1 orange
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions

Place a sauce pan on medium heat. Add the cranberries and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the cranberries begin to burst. Stir often. Add the orange juice and zest and maple syrup and bring to a boil, keep stirring.

Reduce the heat to medium low and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds. Let the sauce come to room temperature before serving.
