It’s finally here! The ULTIMATE Vegan Thanksgiving Feast- an epic collection of our favorite vegan Thanksgiving recipes. From healthy to indulgent, sweet, savory, gluten-free, and everything in between, we’ve got you covered for the best vegan Thanksgiving ever.
Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays. It means the weather’s cooling down and Christmas is just around the corner. Of course, the real reason I love Thanksgiving is because it’s a food holiday and I love to eat!
Now that I’m a vegan, I love creating new traditions- like celebrating Thanks-Living with friends where we eat giant plates of plant-based food and leave turkeys off the table! This Ultimate Vegan Thanksgiving Menu includes two hearty, delicious main courses, a bounty of sides, and two perfectly flaky pie recipes by friend Josie of Sugar & Satire. If you love vegan baking and reading the work funny, talented writers, you will love her blog!
We wanted to do a collaboration like this last year but between our busy schedules, time got away from us. So we are extra excited to present this vegan Thanksgiving feast! I hope you love the recipes as much as we loved making (and eating!) them. Shall we dig in?
