If you’re looking for a delicious dessert that’s sure to impress, you’re in the right place! Meet your new favorite treat, Vegan Salted Caramel Apple Cinnamon Buns!
This amazing dish uses only 6 ingredients and takes less than an hour. You might want to double the recipe though, because these will be devoured faster than it takes to make them!
To cut down on time, I used store-bought pizza dough! Most brands are plant-based but be sure to check the label. From there, all you need is 1 large apple, vegan butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and a can of Nature’s Charm Salted Caramel Sauce!
This sauce is EPIC! It’s so flavorful and since we’re using just 1/2 cup, you’ll have plenty left over for more tasty treats, like this Vegan No-Churn Salted Caramel Ice Cream or Vegan Salted Caramel Apple Cheesecake!Â
The steps are simple!
- Peel and dice
- Season and saute
- Fill and roll
- Bake and eat!

- Store-bought pizza dough
- 1 large apple
- 2 tbsp cinnamon, divided
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp vegan butter (room temperature)
- ½ cup Nature's Charm Salted Caramel Sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a medium baking dish. Combine ½ cup vegan butter with 1 tbsp cinnamon and ⅓ cup brown sugar.
- Peel and very finely dice the apples. Melt the butter in a medium pan on medium heat. Add the apples and cinnamon. Add ¼ cup water and cover. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the apples soften, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and chill.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to ½" thick rectangle. Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly over the dough. Cover with cinnamon apples. Drizzle ½ the salted caramel sauce over the apples. Slice the rectangle into 9 even strips. Roll up each one and place them into the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool. Drizzle more salted caramel sauce on top if desired then serve.
